Hello Ilya,Thank you for all your efforts and assistance in organizing our trip to Mexico! RIU Yucatan is a great hotel, our stay was very much enjoyable, everything was up to our expectations - the hotel rooms, the service and the food. I would like to mention that we appreciated the hotel being in walking distance from the town - we took several walks there by the beach and by the walking path. On the other hand, we kept comparing this hotel to the other one we've stayed on our prior trip - Occidental Xcaret Grand Flamingo. It had wonderfully landscaped park on its territory with historic archaeological sites, and we really loved it. With that, RIU Yucatan seemed a bit crowded, but it's just a compliment to the hotel.

The travel agent experience was outstanding - everything was done timely and efficiently, including transfers to and from hotel, trip insurance and even the map of the hotel was sent promptly for my review.
Hotel is very big, but the transportation system works very well and usually there is no more then a couple minutes of wait time. The hotel is very good for families w small children. There is a water park on site and every night entertainment geared toward small kids.
Service was very good, everything was clean. Food was average, a la carte restaurants were great except the Japanese. Beech had a lot of sewed but overall was very nice.
Would definitely recommend the hotel".

"Well overall it was a great place to relax. Weather was perfect , except one day it was rainy and gloomy. Also on the day of leaving and the forecast for the week ahead was rainy.
I really enjoyed the town of Puerto Vallarta. Very pretty, lots of stores and litte restaurants. I felt safe going to the town with public transportation.
As for the resort I think for the price it was okay. No issues with food and restaurants. Entertainment every day and night was nice to have. Clean and friendly staff.
The beach and the ocean water was different than what we are used to. The sand was a little darker and the water was not crystal clear, but again no issues with that. I guess it is personal preference if it bothers you that the sand and water are darker. Temperature of the water was colder compared to Riviera Maya but it understands because it is the Pacific Ocean.
I would definitely go back to Puerto Vallarta but probable to a different resort. RIU Jalisco was okay but I would like to stay somewhere more luxurious."

Everyone Ilya is connected with is first class. He does not suggest ways that are out of scope for your stay, he finds great places within your budget.
His follow through was amazing, and I am busy woman to hunt down. He is ABSOLUTELY fabulous.

"I've been booking out travel with Ilya for past 5 years. Always excellent service, personal approach and very competitive prices. This year we were in Dreams, LaRomana. Great place for families w kids. Beach is comparable to the finest beaches of Aruba and St. Martin. No reservations required to any of the restaurants, no "all inclusive" bracelets to wear and no worries about cards to get the towels, you will get them anyway... We would definitely consider booking same place next year w. Gullible Travel team"

My wife and I recently had our vacation at the Bahia Principe Akumal resort in Cancun, Mexico. We absolutely loved everything about our experience. The service was impeccable; the beach was always very clean; the food was great. Also, we had access to other resorts in the area, which was a nice addition. We've been spending our vacation at resorts in Mexico and the Dominican Republic for the past 12 years, and this one has been the best one so far.
